To this end, I serve on the teaching committee at the American Society of Criminology. Additionally, in 2017, I received the Betsy Moen Mathiot “Walk the Talk” Award at the University of Colorado, Boulder. This award is given to self-identified feminists who seek to improve the lives of women through their teaching.
